Drawing from extensive youth consultations in Greece, Denmark, Romania, Spain and Lithuania (Deliverables D2.2, D3.2, D4.2, D5.2, D6.2), it outlines the role of youth in shaping their countries’ transitions and responding to the climate crisis. The document identifies opportunities, challenges, and actionable recommendations to embed youth voices in EU and national Just Transition frameworks. By dedicating substantial space to each country’s perspective, cross-country analysis, best practices, and policy recommendations, this report provides a comprehensive roadmap for empowering youth as changemakers in Europe’s path to climate neutrality.
